Terms
Terms of use
Effective October 1, 2026
These terms cover the Baseline CMD app, the web portal and this website, which Baseline CMD LLC operates. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Your access
Baseline CMD is currently available by invitation only. Your organization manages your account and decides what you can see and do. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell your organization or us if you think someone else has used your account.
Using it properly
Use Baseline CMD only for your organization’s lawful work. Don’t try to reach accounts, information or parts of the service you haven’t been given, interfere with the service, or upload anything harmful or that you don’t have the right to share.
Content and responsibility
Baseline CMD is a service that organizations use to run their own work. Each organization, through its administrators, is responsible for the content it and its members add, such as messages, announcements, schedules, contacts, maps and reports; for who it gives access to; and for how that content is used. We don’t create, review or check that content, and we aren’t responsible for whether it is accurate, complete or lawful.
That content belongs to the organization and its members. We store and process it only to run the service, as our Privacy statement describes. We may remove content or suspend access when the law requires it or when content breaks these terms.
Still in development
Baseline CMD is still being built. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Don’t rely on it as your only way to get or share urgent information.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and Baseline CMD LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from its use.
Ending access
Your organization can remove you at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. To delete your account, see Account deletion.
Changes
When these terms change, we update this page and its date. Using Baseline CMD after a change means you accept the new terms.
