Privacy statement

Effective October 1, 2026

Baseline CMD LLC operates the Baseline CMD app, the web portal and this website. This statement explains what we collect and how it is used.

What we collect

Your account
Email address, username, password (stored securely and never readable by us), any second sign-in factor you add, and the profile details you enter.
Your memberships
Which organizations you belong to and your role in each.
Your devices
For each device you sign in on: its model, operating system and app version, and when it was last used. We use this to sign out a lost device.
Notifications
A notification token, if you allow notifications.
Technical logs
Our servers keep standard logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and secure the service.
Crash reports
Only if you have chosen, in your device settings, to share analytics with app developers.
Your organization’s records
What you and your organization enter in the app, such as messages, schedules and reports, and whether you have received, viewed or acknowledged its announcements. Your organization controls these.

Only if your organization turns it on and you allow it

Location
A single location when you clock in or out. The app never tracks you continuously or in the background.
Microphone
Used for voice talk and for the sound in videos you record. Voice messages are recorded only if your organization turns recording on.
Camera, photos and videos
A photo or video you choose or take, for example in chat or for a credential.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information, show ads or use analytics trackers. This website runs no scripts. Face ID and Touch ID stay on your device.

Who helps us run it

Service providers that host our servers in the United States, deliver our email and notifications, provide maps, and run our domain and support inbox. They handle information only to provide those services to us, and must protect it as we do.

Who can see your information

Members of your organization, as their roles allow, and our platform administrators who run the service. Access is checked against your role, and administrative actions are logged.

How long we keep it

Each organization decides how long most of its records are kept, such as messages, events, polls and schedules. Until it chooses, a default period applies. Some records follow periods we set to run and secure the service, such as delivery records, device registrations and server logs. When a period ends, the records are deleted. Backup copies are replaced on a rolling schedule.
