Deleting your account

To delete your account, email [email protected] from the address on your account, with “Delete my account” in the subject. You can also use Request account deletion in the app’s Profile & Settings. We confirm the request with you before acting on it.

What happens next

Each request is handled by a person. We remove your account, your profile and your sign-in details.

Content you added to an organization, such as messages, reports and schedules, belongs to that organization. It is kept or removed according to that organization’s retention settings.

Records of administrative actions, and anything we must keep for legal reasons or to preserve evidence, are kept as long as needed.

When we’ve acted on your request, we tell you what was removed and what was kept.
